Middlesbrough

The group has fifteen active members and meets bi-weekly at Hallgarth School in Middlesbrough. The original group grew from a Creative Writing class organised by Leeds University at an out-reach centre in Middlesbrough in the 1990's. More than half of the current members have had work published by regional presses and magazines and many have been included in a recent collaborative anthology between Mudfog Press and mima, Ink on Paper. We also run an annual Summer School in the North York Moors area, which lasts a week and is open to members and non-members.
